@Karen22912 That’s a good point. Every vendor should have at least one big bin. In the video, the only trash can is seen at around the 3:50 mark. The other issue is people’s behaviour. How do we teach them to dispose garbage properly?

@explicitacumen @Sammy_canada2 cleanup is ongoing by city workers (parks dept maintenance workers). At most the people that got the permit will get a toothless fine.
