@jwalesspittin @MrTupids @0hour1 Amerifat calling Europeans lazy when they can’t even walk anywhere. How ironic. You have main character syndrome, you’re really not that important to anyone outside of your little deluded bubble.

@Professor_Goat_ @eroyor @catturd2 Germany has a $4.5t economy, do you really think $8b is going to have that much of an impact? As for job losses, Germany is ramping up military manufacturing that will easily take up the shortfall. As for having the strongest military stationed there… that’s debatable.

@eroyor @catturd2 oh look, a norwegian. over $1.2 billion would be lost annually, retard. all of germany? 8 billion. 10k direct jobs. 70k indirect jobs. and not to mention, the strongest military stationed in your country.

@KaiserSoze648 @The_FJC Would it matter if I named anyone you still wouldn’t agree. There’s lots of info if you’re interested. Neither of us know the final outcome of something that didn’t happen. It’s rather insulting however to suggest America won the war, ignoring all other sacrifices.

@SyKohhh @The_FJC You had no money to manufacture war materials i.e. bullets, planes, tanks etc. and no money to pay and/or feed soldiers And neither did Russia. So please name the historians that thought this was possible.

Let's be honest about something the world is too proud to admit. Without America: Europe speaks Russian or German. South Korea doesn't exist. Kuwait is still occupied. Israel is surrounded with no ally. The Pacific belongs to Japan or China. Every nation that sleeps peacefully tonight does so because America is awake. You're welcome.

We are all in agreement. Americans don't want to pay to defend Europe for free. Europeans want American troops to leave. It is time to rename NATO. Change the name to ETO, the European Treaty Organization.

@KaiserSoze648 @The_FJC Hypothetical. Many historians agree it’s highly likely Britain along with Russia could have won the war but Russia would have taken more of Europe.

@SyKohhh @The_FJC Britain was bankrupt and wouldn't have been able to rout the Germans although most historians agree they could've prevented the German takeover of their island indefinitely. Russia was in a similar situation. The Lend-Lease act pulled both of your asses out of the fire.

@ChibweChikwa @VickyRichterUSA Nobody can deny Germany’s skills in war regardless of the final outcome. Trump pushing them to rearm probably isn’t his best idea, history has a way of repeating itself.

Trump’s “Brilliant” Gift to Germany: Boot 5,000 and more Troops, Lose Your Empire’s Backbone! One must admire the sheer theatrical flair of President Trump, that most decisive of leaders, who has chosen to transform a routine force adjustment into high geopolitical drama. With the confident air of a man who has never lost a deal, he presents the withdrawal of 5,000 American troops from Germany as a bold masterclass in fiscal prudence—America, at last, ceasing its tireless subsidisation of a continent that simply refuses to pull its weight. How refreshing, one might say, to witness such unapologetic clarity. Yet, upon closer inspection, this elegant manoeuvre reveals itself as something rather less impressive: a political weapon deployed with all the subtlety of a schoolyard bully who has momentarily misplaced his better instincts. Every independent German murmur on Iran is met with fresh punishment. The outrage cycle is not an unfortunate byproduct; it is the policy itself. Berlin, to its credit, remains admirably composed. Chancellor Merz has signalled that the cuts were anticipated—not as capitulation, but as a quiet refusal to be managed. Germany will commit no forces to Hormuz, endorse no foreign strategy against its own interests, and instead proceed with rearmament on sovereign terms, expanding the Bundeswehr toward 460,000 personnel while patiently waiting for Washington to exhaust its script. For the uncomfortable geographic truth persists: Germany remains the indispensable pivot of Western power projection. Ramstein Air Base is no mere outpost—it is the central nervous system for American operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and beyond. Should Berlin ever choose to reconsider its hospitality, the consequences for U.S. reach would be swift, costly and difficult to replicate. Landstuhl’s medical backbone only underscores the point. These are not gifts; they are mutual dependencies that cut both ways. The fatherland has endured far greater trials across its millennia of history and has always prevailed. This latest episode from an ocean away changes nothing. Germany asks only reasonable questions and refuses to be locked into confrontations serving distant priorities after the fatigue of recent conflicts. A most interesting approach, Mr President. One wonders whether the eventual ledger will show America gaining strength—or quietly surrendering its most vital foothold on the continent that still matters most. History, as ever, keeps the final score.

@Justinskibs @mascoe_mark @catturd2 Defending us from who? I never seem to get an answer from any maga moron 🤷🏻‍♂️ Is it because you’re not actually defending us, you’re just using European bases for your own global reach but want to pretend your doing us a favour? No surely not!

Or maybe, just maybe... We're sick and tired of wasting $1 trillion dollars per year defending your weak, pathetic, muslim infested countries when yall don't even seem interested in defending yourselves anymore?.. Also, look at how you speak about us and our President. Yall aren't kind to us in the slightest. Our other allies don't do this to us. Israel doesn't - they love us and Trump because we let them fight our shared enemy. Taiwan and Japan don't - they understand that we defend them from our shared enemy. The Gulf states don't - they're currently cheering us on against, again, our shared enemy. Yall don't do that. Yall accuse our President of being an asset........of our shared enemy???!!! And you expect us to want to help you? The fck is wrong with you? Have you ever spoken to another human before?

@The_FJC According to Trump last June he decimated Irans nuclear facilities, so what was this war about? Or did Trump lie last year just like he is now? Netanyahu has Trump under the thumb to fight Israel’s battles for him, it’s clear as day.

Iran doesn't get a nuclear weapon. That's not a negotiating point. That's the only point. Every time Iran tries to make it a negotiating point — we walk away. Trump already said it. The media missed it. No nuclear weapon. Full stop. Everything else is noise.

@Buffaloking500 I've had it all. Desktop, laptop, console etc. I love my laptop experience. I've got one of those adjustable height lap desks with a cup holder and phone charger. It's so cool. The fact I can lay on my bed and have it across a lap desk while playing a great story game is great.

🇩🇪🇺🇸 The U.S. is pulling 5,000 troops out of Germany, and Republican hawks are more alarmed than Europe is. Their argument: Don't bring them home, move them east toward Russia's actual border. Germany says it's fine, Europe needs to step up anyway. But with Russia still grinding through Ukraine and the Tomahawk deployment now scrapped, the eastern flank just got a lot less covered. The irony is that the loudest pushback, rather than from Berlin, is coming from inside the Republican Party. Source: Reuters

@JosephJ03198940 @Flaskehalsen @Strandjunker What am I uninformed about? What have I said that’s untrue? NATO have collectively told you we don’t support this war, that’s just a fact. So i’ll ask again, which wars have you fought for us besides WW2, which you arrived 2 years too late, I’ll add.

You are very clearly not well informed, but hey that's ok and your following statement AGAIN is another reason why a growing number of Americans want all US forces gone from Europe. So lets work together one last time and bring the those US troops home right! 😁👍 Lets not wait 15 years, 10 year, 5 years lets all push to bring home all US forces home ASAP.

US troops are not in Germany to protect Germany. They’re there because the US needs bases to conduct operations beyond the North American continent. If Trump withdraws them, he will harm the United States, not Germany. It’s absurd how many Americans fail to grasp this.

Germany, Italy and the rest of Europe are are glad we're reducing troop levels. Remind me again what war they've won without the USA saving their asses? Better yet, let's pull out of the UN & NATO and give them a real run for their money.
