Lovely to use the Nativity figures @CCWalshaw to retell the Christmas Story today. We noted the key vocabulary for the jar and then took the story outdoors where we built a stable ⭐️

Reception class filled up their class pom pom jar, so they got to choose a treat. The children chose a party and movie afternoon! We also suprised them with a picnic on the moon just like little bear in our class story. What a fun day!

Great afternoon @StStephens_Bury during #nurseryrhymeweek the children were asked to create different ways to move the spiders down the pipes! Lots of critical thinking for EYFS ⭐️

It’s Nursery Rhyme week and we’re hoping everyone has some exciting activities planned to develop children’s love of rhyme. Check out Aspect 4 of Phase 1 planning for more rhyming activities⭐️

I’m delighted to see how well Year 1 are doing with their Spelling, especially applying it into writing. Keep this up and keep using your sound mats for the correct graphemes ⭐️

We are well underway with our MAT Trust PAD day. Thanks to Nadia Hewstone for the first Keynote on Achieving and Flourishing together.
