Happy Eid Al-Ghadir to all the Shia muslims across the globe. It's the day Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) raised Ali ibn Abi-Talib's hand and declared: "Whoever I'm his master, this Ali is his master". Here is a beautiful sand paintings of what happened that day.

Bahrain Launches Fresh Arrest Campaign Against Shia Clerics Ahead of Muharram "As the sacred months of Muharram and Safar draw near—periods of profound religious, cultural, and spiritual significance for Bahrain’s Shia Muslim majority—the Bahraini authorities have launched a new wave of arrests targeting prominent clerics, religious figures, and community leaders," stated the Bahraini leading opposition group Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society. In a series of coordinated morning raids carried out on Wednesday, security forces reportedly detained a number of well-known religious and social figures. Those arrested include prominent Shia clerics Sayyed Yassin Al-Mousawi and Sheikh Jaafar Ashoor, as well as renowned eulogists (radoods) Issa Nizar and Ahmed Qurban. The arrests also extended beyond religious figures to include respected community leaders and public personalities. Among those detained were Haj Ahmed Abdullah Al-Rais, Haj Jameel Al-Aqeefa, and Haj Fakhri Al-Rashed, all widely regarded as influential and respected figures within their communities. Authorities also reportedly arrested cultural activist Radhi Al-Qatari, former political detainee Sheikh Ali Al-Mustarshid, Shia cleric Sheikh Nadhir Al-Malik, and economic expert Dr. Sayed Hashem Al-Mousawi. Al-Wefaq further reported that security forces raided the home of prisoner of conscience Sheikh Baqir Al-Hawaj as part of the broader campaign of raids conducted throughout the day. In a separate development, the society stated that prisoner of conscience and Shia eulogist Mahdi Sahwan was forcibly transferred from the Dry Dock Detention Center to the Criminal Investigations Directorate, raising concerns among rights advocates regarding his welfare and the purpose of the transfer. The latest measures come amid growing concerns over restrictions on religious freedoms in Bahrain, particularly during periods of heightened religious observance. Muharram and Safar hold special significance for Shia Muslims, who commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussain and other historic events through religious gatherings, sermons, mourning ceremonies, and public acts of remembrance. Human rights organizations have repeatedly documented concerns regarding restrictions on religious expression, arbitrary detention, and limitations on freedoms of assembly and association in Bahrain. The targeting of clerics, religious reciters, and community figures ahead of Muharram reflects a broader policy aimed at controlling religious activities and silencing influential voices within the Shia community. Observers warn that the continuing arrests and security measures risk further escalating tensions and undermining efforts toward political reconciliation and social stability. They stress that the protection of religious freedom, freedom of expression, and peaceful assembly remains a fundamental obligation under international human rights law. As the Muharram season approaches, the latest arrests are likely to deepen concerns among Bahrain’s Shia population and draw renewed international attention to the state of civil and religious liberties in the country. Our Armed Forces are conducting self-defense strikes on sites the U.S. is permitted to use to attack civilian shipping and violate the ceasefire. Any hostile act will be met with an immediate, decisive response. What sanctions and war failed to achieve won't be won with more war

American trade: 1. Builds a military base in your country. 2. Attacks another country from that base. 3. Then sells a defense system to your country!

I wonder why this failure mode of the U.S. Patriot system is still regularly happening... First saw it in Saudi Arabia during Yemeni strikes, then in Qatar in the last War. Now in again Kuwait...
