@LarishSharma Depends on the owner. I myself charge only two or three month deposit and give back whatever is left based on the pending rent or cleaning charges. But typical old town local houses may be strict regarding paying back the deposit amount based on the damage.

People of blr, how bad is the deposit scene in blr? In regards to getting your money back? I know deposit are as crazy as 3L even for a person :)
