I know of a psychologist who shares some of her clients’ conversations on her private socials. She never mentions names and some of the things she shares might even seem funny / innocent, but it still doesn’t sit well with me. I asked her about it and she's not happy with me. People open up in therapy because they trust that their thoughts, struggles and vulnerable moments are held in confidence. Even without names, turning those conversations into content feels like a line that shouldn’t be crossed. Am I wrong?

Last time I tried to leave the US, an older woman came up to me and launched into a completely one sided, slightly unhinged rant about how all the female employees hated her because she was "too beautiful for her age," so they were all jealous I still think about that sometimes
