@flyg0ddess I guess I listen to stuff like Lingua Ignota and Uboa sometimes but honestly I'd say it's more inspired by Kode9 and Massive Attack and I just found my own way to integrate the metal elements. Listen to songs like Sine and Kingstown by Kode9 or Angel and Man Next Door by MA

@flyg0ddess Nah I love interacting with fans of my art haha it's sweet! I'd say the industrial elements come from acts like Death Grips, Massive Attack, Andy Stott, Vein, Ada Rook, SOPHIE; and I get ideas about atmosphere from Overlook, 2814, King Tubby, Mad Professor, Kode9

@flyg0ddess Haha that's funny, I really don't listen to the whitebelt scene at all, so it must be a case of convergent evolution. I honestly take a lot of songwriting structure cues from all over, like discordance axis n pig destroyer, but also early jamaican dub, drum n bass, techno, etc…

@flyg0ddess Hahahah the effusiveness is greatly appreciated <3 I just think the new stuff is more developed. I'm very proud of heavy air and there are no paths, but I do think some of these new tracks take the songwriting to a different level. And I've learned better production techniques

@flyg0ddess Hah, one of my musical mentors told me they want a list of other acts that sound like me so they can help me find a niche to fit into to promote myself better and I'm kind of at a loss lol. That being said, I think you'd get a kick out of Frontierer if you don't already know them

@flyg0ddess You're incredibly sweet to say that. To be honest I'm not sure how I came up with it either, listening back to it it almost doesn't sound like something I made. Promise I will release at least SOMETHING new this year—I had ambitious plans but life's been derailed unfortunately!
