This guy goes to Mickey D's and orders a large fries! Not only was the box half empty, and the cost outrageously over priced, but the food wasn't even close to what McDonald’s used to pride itself on - a certain element of crispy fries quality! What do you think? Has take-out customer service from many of these franchised companies gone straight into the trash these days? Do you feel that when you hit the drive-thru you've almost resigned yourself to the the fact that they're going to mess up your order AND you're going to get barely edible food to boot? I mean yeah, we can choose not to frequent these places, but is that really our only option? How do we combat what seems to be a new era of flat out disregard about customer service and retention from businesses?
