Let’s get this straight: 4 Months ago, I sent 200,000 XRP (~$550,000) to ChangeNOW. Ever since, my funds have been frozen under Ticket #507360, despite me providing full KYC, source of funds, and complying with every single request. To this day, not a single valid explanation has been given. Just silence. If this isn’t scam behavior, what is? Worse still a couple of weeks ago, your team publicly commented: “hey! we're sorry you faced some troubles during exchanges:( could you please kindly reach us out via DM's? we'll be glad to help you and sort everything out. thanks!” I immediately DMed you and as expected, zero response. No reply, no resolution, just a fake PR gesture to look good in public while doing nothing behind the scenes. Stop pretending. Be transparent. Release my funds. Four months is beyond unacceptable.
