The #Raiders are expected to hire #Seahawks run game coordinator and senior offensive advisor Rick Dennison, sources tell @CBSSports. Dennison has 30 years of NFL coaching experience, including as an offensive coordinator with the Bills, Broncos and Texans.

Two refineries in California are shutting down, due to the CA Gavin Newsom regulations making it impossible to function profitably. California already has the highest gasoline prices in the USA. And it is about to get worse. Due to the Jones Act, the gasoline is exported from Texas to the Bahamas, then imported from the Bahamas to California. The Jones Act requires American flagged vessels if it were to go from Texas to California directly. But by exporting it first to the Bahamas (another country) that sidesteps the Jones Act. This adds weeks of shipping time, but ultimately saves a few $$$ per barrel. There are not many vessels compliant with the Jones Act. The real problem is lack of refineries in California and lack of pipelines between Texas and California. Follow: @WallStreetMav

Sources: Miami’s eight-time Pro-Bowl WR Tyreek Hill is being released. Hill turns 32 on March 1, is recovering from a dislocated knee and torn ACL, and now will be an unrestricted free agent for the first time in his NFL career. His release will save the Dolphins $22.8 million against the salary cap.

$750K house not too far from Dodger Stadium in LA, but the catch is there’s no garage or driveway - you have to park on the street. Would this property interest you? ⬇️ 🇺🇸

@MattSeedorff LeBron, woke, racism against whites, gambling. Whoda thunk it. I was a die hard Lakers fan with box seats for years. Stopped during the take a knee era. Haven't seen an NBA game live or on tv since.

The average gas price in Texas is $2.52. In California, the average is $4.58. I find it comical that Gavin Newsom is in Germany acting like his failed state is the model to follow.

🚨 NEW: California now allows people to legally sell food and drinks out of their homes — and it’s already happening in Los Angeles. No restaurant storefront. No commercial kitchen. Just residential homes with lines forming outside. Supporters call it community entrepreneurship. Critics say it raises serious questions about safety, fairness, and regulations that traditional restaurants still have to follow. The same state that heavily regulates small businesses is now opening the door to home-based food sales - and people are split. Is this innovation that helps people earn a living… or another example of rules changing depending on who they apply to? Thoughts? ⬇️ 🇺🇸
