@RustoriaServers @Mendo The fact that rules were changed in the middle of the event when new players joined the server without the the server owners input is the biggest red flag for admin abuse. That decision was unfair to all involved from the beginning!

Can 2nd this. Just want to say as far as our involvement goes, allowing bias to fly in anything we’re associated with is bad for business. We have 0 to gain by being biased. It’s so counter productive. Mendo’s involvement throughout has been pragmatic and any input from Mendo has always been in good faith. If it wasn’t, we’d have immediately said something, ceased involvement ourselves, or otherwise (as it’s literally our business to be unbiased). This has not happened, because bias has not been involved with Mendo. I can truly say Mendo has purely been volunteering his time by just trying to help all the creators on the server. He’s been heavily involved in scheming the prizepool distribution with Trainwrecks interests in mind to make sure as many creators in the server gets a piece of the pie! It’s a shame to see his time neglected in a public light. So much so I’m replying to this tweet and even giving my 2 cents. Everyone will say it’s a bad idea even replying, but I cannot let the efforts of Mendo be painted in a bad light after all he’s done for everyone on the server behind the scenes. Please lets all just move on and remember what this server’s about. Good times, memories, content, and allowing new faces to Rust to have fun with amazing personalities.

My statement on the rust drama I took no bribes to restrict or un restrict people on the rust server, I did not threaten to sue anyone, I did not make any unauthorized changes to the server, I did not create any unauthorized plugins, I did not modify any plugins - I did follow directions that were personally given to me by the owner of the server. I am not a server manager, I am not affiliated with Rustoria, I am not affiliated with Facepunch. I never once joined the Rust server and my account was never even whitelisted. I can't join the server even if I want to. I did not take any bribes from Train to corrupt the event to then pay out Train's own money to my friends (??? this one is crazy). Some people on the server are friends, it is not unheard of for friends to choose to play together when they enjoy each others company. Some of those friends have played Rust and/or other games together in the past. I did not benefit any teams in order to win them more or less money. As of this tweet only $5,000 of the $50,000 pool has been paid out, and it was paid out for a map-related easter egg that was created and monitored by Rustoria, I had nothing to do with this. This $5,000 was paid out by Trainwreck. I did play a role in the distribution of the prize money, I suggested some events and directions to the owner of the server who then approved them, loved them and had them announced. I did not tell anyone of the distribution of the prize money for an unfair advantage. I did not take bribes to invite anyone from the server. I did not take bribes to kick someone from the server. I did not earn a single dollar from this, I helped out entirely for free with no incentive or personal gain of any capacity. I love Rust and I want more people to experience Rust! It is very hard for streamers to get a natural rust experience so I offered my help and expertise. My feedback was heard but not always listened to, a lot of changes were made that I disagree with, but a lot of changes were also made that I agree with! Rust servers are tricky and Rust is a drama-filled game by nature - that is part of the appeal. Since I was involved in providing feedback for the server I chose to stay entirely out of it and not play at all, I did not feel comfortable potentially affecting the rules, map, format and timeline of the server and also participate at the same time. That felt like a bit of a conflict of interest for me so I decided to stay out. If you doubt any of this I strongly urge you to seek out any and all factual information, evidence and clips supporting these claims. You will not be able to find any. I think it is pathetic to lie to communities, viewers and fans, everyone on the internet nowadays has a responsibility to make sure what they say is true before they say it as a fact. The blame does not fall on you as much as it falls on the person that told the lies. The death threats, attempts at doxing and personal attacks I have received in the past days were fundamentally caused by a long series of baseless lies that went a bit too unchecked See you guys on the DayZ server :) !

@Mendo @itsNICH775 The fact that 50k is up for grabs should tell you that any major changes to the rules and restrictions should be ran by peanut (wait for a response) before being implemented. that's being respectful to everyone involved in the server!

@itsNICH775 We did he just didn’t respond, he’s not very active and doesn’t respond to much and has instructed the admins to make decisions without him. I’ve tried getting hold of him for many different things with no luck, he’s a busy man!

You were banned because you lied about your hours and an alt account with thousands of hours was found, everyone else with a similar circumstance was banned and removed from the server, those were the rules set for the server. It was the agreed upon resolution for people trying to “Smurf”. Coco was not removed from his team, coco knowingly broke the rules (MAX 2 Restricted players per team) and invited Picco to his team. The admins then asked coco to remove one restricted player to make sure he adheres to the rules, so coco by his own choice decided to leave the team to make sure the rules were not broken Be careful where you get your info from! Both your statements here are wildly incorrect and if I didn’t see this tweet by chance you’d be lying to your followers, we got lucky this time since I saw it, but your tweet just makes peanut look bad because of your inaccuracies.

@yoxics if people are watching on twitch they can go to the SETTINGS cog wheel located in the bottom right side of the stream and change the QUALITY to 1080p60. mine changes all the time and i have to reset it!!!!
