Think fondly and smile broadly when you think of John Kynaston. We cry at his sudden passing and our loss but we smile and celebrate all the experiences John brought to his community, City and colleagues. Johns mantra "More children, more active, more often" a true legacy.

@thetrainline Trying to transfer my open return ticket to another phone. This is not possible as the outbound part has been activated. How do I get the inbound ticket on to my new phone. It’s locked and can’t even get it downloaded on original phone now.

@thetrainline My husband’s booking- it was on his old phone and needed it on his new phone but we realise after it’s been activated it can’t be moved. But now it’s not appearing on his old phone at all where it was activated so his open return has disappeared. Thanks
