I have been preparing for my first tournament of the summer and recently got to get in the cage and take some cuts off one of my old coaches. My team and I have the Jim Frost Memorial this weekend and I can’t wait to see some of my teammates that I have not seen since the end of the Fall season. Last night, my brother and I went to the cages to work on softball/baseball. My biggest area of improvement I think is my OH Velo so my dad got me the Wasserman Throwing Program (@Wass_Strength) and I talked my brother into doing it with me last night. So what do I do on Friday nights? Had a good hitting lesson last night with @hollomant. Thanks again for all the time and effort you have poured into me during my softball journey and it isn’t over yet. Also had some fun spending time with a friend of my families while at hitting lessons.
