@hertz customer service is beyond bad! The @hertz @uber rental experience has been terrible! They took my money, but I can't use the car for @uber, explain that? And this has been the case since 4/30, @ hertz @uber is taking their sweet time to even address it!!!

More @hertz @uber rental issues at Phoenix Bell Rd location. In line, 16 people, now 17 people deep, only 2 people assisting cusromers while while the supervisor hides in her office and refuses to help!!! Customer service @hertz continues to AMAZE me!!!

Kaleb and I went out for dinner last night and I left a $20 tip on a $125 bill. The waiter didn't take it well and told us we shouldn't be going out to eat if we can't afford to tip at least 50. Now we're wondering if $20 isn't really enough.
