@Uber_Support I was coerced into paying your driver in Istanbul outside the app while under time pressure to reach the airport. The driver then followed me inside the airport. I had to involve police and nearly missed my flight. This is not just a payment issue — this is coercion and a serious safety breach. Your support refuses to take responsibility and responds with generic replies. A formal bank dispute is already in progress. This case requires immediate escalation to a senior team.

@Uber_Support I’ve paid for delivery but it said it was free on orders over £15. My order came to £16. I even tried it was a basket of £30. The delivery fee has come out and I’m an uber one customer and have taken a screenshot of the Uber one free delivery badge on ordersover15

Hi @Uber support, I took an intercity ride on 27april from 8:00 AM Lucknow to Kakwan. I accidentally left a pouch in the back seat headrest of the cab. I have been trying for the past 2 days to get the drivers contact details through the app, but haven’t been able to connect.
