6'1 Guys who are over 200 and pure muscle/abs are on PEDs, full stop.
I'm 48 and 6'1, best shape of my life. I'm not on anything but creatine, but I lift heavy (315 zercher, 195 OHP, 225 incline bench). I am down to 176 lbs and can just now see ab outlines. Which means I could easily lose another 10 lbs.
