The Tampa Bay Pickleball (TBPB) Family is coming together to rally the Pickleball Community across America to raise $1 Million+ for those affected. 100% of every dollar raised will go directly to help those in need - this is NOT for TBPB - this is our chance to unite, not just as players, but as a compassionate, caring and united Pickleball Family. Over the past year, we here at TBPB have been incredibly blessed to witness the growth of an amazing community centered around pickleball—one that embodies friendship, support, and a deep sense of caring for one another. This journey has connected us with countless people who have become not just players but family, all united by a love of the game and a shared commitment to lift each other up. Right now, our community is facing an unprecedented crisis. Hurricane Helene has left a path of devastation across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and beyond. Dozens of our own pickleball friends have lost so much—many of them now face the unimaginable reality of seeing their homes and everything they own destroyed. With yet another storm, Hurricane Milton, bearing down on Tampa Bay as a Category 5, the threat looms even larger, promising more heartbreak and destruction to come. We refuse to stand by while our community suffers. We will be live streaming over the next few days as we raise funds to support the victims of these hurricanes, with 100% of the donations going directly to those in need—especially those in our pickleball family. We are committed to ensuring that these funds reach the people who need them most, focusing on impacted areas in Florida but extending help wherever pickleball players are hurting. To give you confidence in our process, we will create an independent board of respected and trusted overseers to manage the distribution of funds, so you can trust that your generosity will make a real difference.
