Well done to our cast and band who performed a fantastic School of Rock Medley at the TCAT Performs event on Wednesday at Parr Hall in Warrington. They were absolutely incredible and it was a brilliant showcase of talent across the board! 🤘🪩🎸

Yesterday, some of our Y8 students visited the Wirral Deen Centre with Miss Martin and Mrs Bouchti. They learned about the Five Pillars of Islam, Ramadan, and the purpose of a mosque, while also exploring how the centre supports the local community. 🕌🌍

So proud of our Rise to 9 pupils for finishing the ROAR programme with Olivia from Priestley College. They mastered formal debating, critical thinking, and academic writing, resulting in a 100% pass rate on university-level projects. Well done to our future leaders!

A brilliant Monday @BroomfieldsJnr We’ve opened the newly revamped Y3 classrooms - high‑tech, natural-feeling and such a calm, beautiful space for learning 💚 Huge thanks to everyone involved for all rower hard work in getting it ready- the children’s excitement said it all!

We loved inventing and then making potions, inspired by our book, ‘Room on the Broom!’ Ingredients included bat’s blood, dragon’s fire and snake snot!

Yesterday 200 of our pupils visited the Epstein Theatre in Liverpool for a fantastic performance of Romeo and Juliet 🎭 It was a brilliant chance for our Year 10s to see the play they’ve been studying come to life on stage! Well done to everyone for representing us so well.

What a day we’ve had celebrating everything to do with books and reading! From Room on the Broom spells and potion mixing, to book scavenger hunts, live author events, book quizzes and a book themed lunch - we’ve done it all and had such fun! #WorldBookDay2026
