@TheLallantop Filed complaint petitions today before @NCWIndia, @NCPCR_ & NHRC over the alarming rise in missing women and children in Delhi. Hundreds reported missing in just 15 days of 2026, many still untraced. This is a human rights emergency that demands urgent accountability and action.

NHRC has taken cognizance of my complaint on alleged forced hysterectomies of women sugarcane labourers in Beed, Maharashtra, and has sought an Action Taken Report from the District Magistrate. A welcome step toward accountability and protection of women’s reproductive rights.

The @NCPCR_ has taken cognizance of my complaint in the killing of 14-year-old Saahil in Shahdara. NCPCR has directed Delhi Police to conduct a full inquiry and submit an Action Taken Report within 7 days. A child’s life cannot be treated casually. Justice must be delivered.

Important Update: On behalf of @TCF4India, I filed a complaint with @NCWIndia on 29 July 2025 (File No. 8/C250014784/2025/NCW/MK/KY) regarding the alleged gang rape of a 26-year-old woman inside an ambulance during the Home Guard recruitment drive in Gaya, Bihar.

A passenger in a local train in Mumbai assaulted a travelling ticket inspector (TTE) on Friday on being asked to pay a fine for not having a valid ticket. He had a first-class ticket, but was caught in an air-conditioned coach. The passenger was travelling from Churchgate to Virar. When Chief Ticket Inspector Jasbir Singh found out the passenger didn't have a ticket for AC local, he asked him to pay a fine.
