And just today they cancelled my request because it timed out while I was trying to get and add a picture of one of my concerns per their request. So what did I have to do? Recreate the entire silly issue list on a card sized screen tapping my thumbs on a virtual keyboard. Ridiculous.

Seriously @Tesla, can we not get a web based Service portal? It’s a PITA entering requests and interacting on our tiny phone screens with thumbs only keyboards. Real dreadful user experience. @Deandawiz @FutureAZA

The Glovebox USB drive location is a PITA to get to. And since LightShows cannot be located on same root folder as TeslaCam, the fastest method when gathering folks is handing out content loaded sticks. But you have to play musical drives. Out with yours. In with ours. Out with ours. In with yours. Anyone with non-infant hands will struggle with this given the size of our gloveboxes and the location of the slot. Here is my first iteration at making this easier to do. USB hub with SD slots. Clean and easy. Insert LightShow content into any USB-A slot. Push to partially eject mini or standard SD drive with TeslaCam directory. Run LightShow. Push back SD remove USB. $9 plus micro SD. @Deandawiz @MyTeslaMoonship @BLKMDL3 @FutureAZA
