Celebrating International Women’s Day with the East Sussex Healthcare Women’s Network. An extremely positive evening. Hosted by Carys Williams, key note Soraya Shaw, and Scarlett McNally, Dawn Whittaker (Chief Fire Officer) and I on the panel. Huge enthusiasm and inspiration!
Well done to our amazing radiology team for this lovely patient feedback: "I was very apprehensive about going to hospital but was simply thrilled by the lovely manner in which the team made me feel at ease and also valued and supported."

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old,
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,
We will remember them.

I'm cycling 20 miles as part of a team covering 100 miles to raise money for our hospital's charity.
Each year, the charity sends 24 children who have experienced life changing traumatic injuries to attend an exciting and challenging activity weekend.
