Proud moment for Apex at the Tokyo Tower Climb 🗼 As a sponsor of TELL Tokyo, we’re honored to support this important cause. We’re also proud to share some great results from our team: • Ellis Warren – Fastest Male Runner 🥇 • Saki Majikina – 3rd place (Fastest Woman), in her very first challenge 🥉 • Apex team – 2nd place in the Fastest Corporate Team category 🥈 Amazing effort from everyone involved — especially great to see a new joiner already making such an impact! Congratulations to all participants and thank you to @TELLJapan for organizing such a meaningful event. #TokyoTowerClimb #TELL #mentalhealth #TTC2026 #CSR #Apex

On April 19th, we held our 7th #TokyoTowerClimb. The event once again sold out early, and 400 climbers came out to move for mental health, shattering stigma, and championed our cause with every one of their 600 steps to the top! telljp.com/2026-7th-annua…

Proud to have taken part in the TELL Tokyo Tower Climb 2026 🗼 This year marked our 6th time joining this meaningful event, supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention with @TELLJapan . 21 Apex members came together to climb nearly 600 steps — each at their own pace, but with a shared purpose. If you’d like to see more photos and highlights, please check our blog: apexkk.com/en/blog/2026/0… #TokyoTowerClimb #TELL #mentalhealth #TTC2026 #CSR #Apex

A slow job market and cost-of-living crisis create #anxiety about taking time off and showing we are not indispensable. Additionally, there is no annual leave from many other responsibilities in our lives, and we can end up feeling more and more exhausted and risk total #burnout.

Taking 5 minutes to bring our attention to our senses using the 54321 technique can be beneficial in the moment, when we are feeling overwhelmed or unfocused, or can also become a regular practice. Join TELL's #TokyoTowerClimb on April 19th at tellevents. org.
