And the editing continues…

Took time from editing to go to Fantasticon Toledo. Got to meet Arvell Jones and Dexter Vines, plus get some art and comics signed. It was a great way to take a break, but now back to work. The world needs to meet Death Member.

Boy. After failing so many times to draw Death Member by hand, I turned to an online template in hopes of getting my design done. It took a number of tries before the final look you see here. Now off to Jimbo for the cover.

Well, my attempts at designing the Death Member armor has been nothing but bad. I don’t like any of the ideas once drawn. The latest attempt looks more like heavy duty battle armor than a slick flexible suit. Time to go old school.

Unfortunately, I’m waitlisted for Motor City in May. It sucks, but I should have some surprises for Indiana Comic Con. I’ll update my schedule if more shows come up.

Well… I’ve been working on something I haven’t done in 30 years, a full character sketch. I took a break from editing to work on the character design for Death Member so it can be used for the cover of my next upcoming book. Stay tuned.

It’s been nearly 6 months since adopting Mindy. You never know what you’ll get when adopting a dog. I know we adopted a perfect little lady. Thank you for coming into our lives.

I haven’t been posting much lately. With 4 books done and needing to be edited, I’m jumping in to do some of my own with the dark tale that is The Fall of Death Member.

Had a thrill when I met William C Fox at the Bluewater Comic Con. It was so fun to hear the stories of acting in movies and making Sigourney Weaver cry. Glad she wasn’t mad.
