From where I'm standing, a 12-year-old girl can travel 2 hours, claim they're going to school, and instead get an abortion where a baby is viciously murdered. This is what the Left wants. We can't be quiet. We need to boldly speak out against abortion.

I don’t know why this needs to be said. It should be common knowledge. Pregnancies in 12 year olds can only be the result of rape.

Thats so true and i feel tired of it. It sadly comes from all specrums of the political scale and common reductive thinking. Its much easier to simplify things for arguments but the reality is - the world is not that simple. Children are painted as these silent symbols of "purity" when the fact of the matter is, pubescent minors are more likey to sleep with each other compared to one being raped and impregnated by an adult. Yes, rape does happen and that should be addressed. But i also think the 12 year old who is the one who is pregnant should have as much of a say as any birth mother. And each case would have its context.

Few hours ago, my brother called to tell me our step-father was passing away. I won’t be able to fly there in time to say goodbye, and had to do it via FaceTime. We had a very complicated relationship, but he taught me a lot and still had my respect. I’m going to take a few days to process everything.
