After 3-4 months of HRT and a trans woman would be shit at park runs anyways. In sports cheating via ‘blood doping”, red blood cells are raised. The opposite occurs in trans women: oxygen-carrying red blood cells drop to female levels in just 3-4 months. With the reduction of the oxygen-carrying hemoglobin in blood to female levels, and a trans woman's body in a park run will be significantly underpowered. Trans women have less delivery of oxygen to their working muscles which produces a higher rate of metabolites and consequently results in muscle fatigue. Trans women gain 20 to 30% fat mass in the first 12 months and lose bone density, muscle mass and muscle strength and muscle functionality. This results in what we call reduced fat-free mass. Fat provides resistance for movement, as opposed to a muscle, which provides torque for movement. Consequently, the more fat-free mass someone has, the better athlete they are likely to be independent of skill level. Transgenders oppose transsexual separatism and HBS-style protocol standards because they know transsexual people have historically provided the broader trans 'umbrella' with its most relatable and publicly accepted image. Without us, that social legitimacy weakens.

Being a non-passing visable transwoman is honestly fucking horrible. People are cold, rude, they stare and can be downright nasty, it is the most socially isolating experience in the world. I'm traveling with my mother, and how she is treated as a cis woman is night and day.
