@TfL Hi, I have done this, but it doesn’t allow me to adjust to say that I left the same station that I tapped into without travelling anyway. My partner did the same thing and hasn’t been charged anywhere near as much?

@TfL making up charges as you go along I swear? Charged £19 for a journey from Epping to Stratford. Tapped in and out at Stratford with the aim of travelling elsewhere however my grandma was unable to manage and we had to leave via another exit. Now been charged £18.80???

Hi there, Sorry to hear this. Please call our Contactless Team on 0343 222 1234 between 08:00-20:00 hours, Monday to Sunday and my colleagues will assist you further. You can also rectify charges on your contactless payment card, by applying for a refund via the web form by selecting "Contact us about this card" under "Card management.". It can take 24 hours for journey and payment history to update.

If you've been incorrectly charged or missed a touch in/out you can rectify charges on your contactless payment card, by registering your card here: contactless.tfl.gov.uk. Once you have completed registration you will have full access to your payment and journey history for the last 12 months. @TfL I bough a stansted express ticket and was used to jump in the train scanning the qr. Once I arrived to stansted instead to scan the qr again I've scanned my debit card. As a result I paid twice. Is there any way to have a refund for the tocket chatged for TFL please? Thanks
