Hey everyone! As you all know, November has started! That also means it’s Movember again. For those who don’t know: Movember is a movement to raise awareness for men’s mental health as well as prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Approximately 1,400 men lose their lives to su*cide each day. For every su*cide there are many more attempts happening at the same time. Times grow darker as the world changes, now it’s important that we all help each other! According to a meta-analysis of 20 studies across North America and western Europe, 19.7% of men (fewer than 1 in 5) had contact with mental-health professionals in the year before su*cide. It’s not a shame to seek help, so if you are struggling, never hesitate to reach out to different organisations. (For example, in Germany the TelefonSeelsorge (0800 111 0 111) is of course completely free and anonymous for those who wish.) If you want to donate I’ll provide you the links in the comments! But you don’t have to donate to help, Movember also stands for men growing moustaches, so if you want to help, go grow a moustache! I’ll also nominate some people to grow that moustache and set an exclamation mark for men’s mental health! Hey guys, Today is a tough day for me. After talks with @TheeNelloGG and @JustSaben, I’ve been given permission to explore my options. For the time being, I will be inactive in @TakeFlyteGG.
