@TfL Sorry but having to wait 20 minutes for bus SL4 to depart West India Quay when the timetable says 14/15 minutes then having to wait 5 mins plus for a change of driver at East India DLR is not good enough! Please explain thank you.

Sure, i can email over your reference number to them, but you have to be reasonable. They receive hundreds of items daily and everyone wants their property back urgently. Also, you submitted the form today and most importantly they have to receive the item first for it to be processed.

The legends are true. I got ticket checked on the London Underground. Using Revenue Inspection Devices (RID) they scan your card to ensure you’ve properly tapped in. No data is stored. No additional charges. Official 435 was an absolute gent. More than willing to answer my questions regarding security and safety. Nice one @TfL

@tfl TFL making an amputee walk down the whole of Putney Hill after kicking us off a #39 and not providing any other buses! Disgusting as the whole bus lane is empty all the way to the South Circular!
