‼️BREAKING: Enumclaw student walkout resulted in 3 kids being arrested by the Enumclaw police. Some of this students were very nice, well behaved and I was able to have great conversations with them. 🙏 Others were chaotic, threw things, hit, pit, screamed profanities and fought with police. A Seattle man has been convicted of a hate crime and assault for attacking a transgender woman in the University District last year. The jury reached a unanimous verdict after hearing nearly a week of testimony from witnesses, first responders, and the victim. To make matters worse, they attempted to cover it up and did not contact police as required in these matters. In a bright spot, students are pushing back and demanding accountability.
