The Great Field parkrun

So apparently it is #InternationalVolunteerDay which means I should share (again!) how flexible and rewarding I’ve found the experience of being a regular volunteer at @TGFparkrun. It really is a regular highlight in my life. Check out @parkrunUK for opportunities near you.

Fame at last! Our Junior event featured in the @Dorsetecho 👀. That's now 2 exciting events at TGF every weekend. Come and walk, jog or run 5km on Saturdays and/or bring a young person to do 2km with us at Juniors on Sunday. Volunteers and supporters welcome at both 💥🌲❤️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
