What a week. 3 months into my new job I've just completed my first month of newly designed, streamlined transformation and improvement boards across the County Council (and into the ICS). Governance is important, but rarely is it designed. Its been a huge lever for us at Surrey!

I love the feeling I get when I can manage to stitch & hack together bits of code that I only barely understand and make something that works! Maybe I’m smarter than I think?
