asking for a friend… I know peas are big in caribbean food, but what about lentils? we love them in Guadeloupe, are we the only ones? I rarely see them in Caribbean food posts. it’s called « lentilles consommées » on y met des condiments et du lard (avec parfois du curry)

I feel like a cruise ship or four just running along the islands weekly would do the job. A ferry in certain instances where distance is not a factor but the ferry in certain waters is not the most comfortable thing.
