@TheAA_UK Why has it taken three different recovery companies and 6 hours (so far, still waiting on the third!) the last one just moving me from M1 junction 21 services to junction 23A. To recover my vehicle home! I broke down 1 hour from home! Honestly it beggars belief !

AVOID @AnyVan. After @TheAA_UK recommended them on their website I booked them. Unfortunately it is a scam company, I cancelled service and told I’d get a full refund, now told I’ll only get 50% after “thorough review” of complaint. Definitely not following @TheFCA regulation.

@TheAA_UK As usual a nightmare dealing with the AA. Changed cars and got an AA warranty. It said free breakdown cover, but cannot get it cos systems are so poor and Indian call centre unable to understand.

@TheAA_UK what is going on with your service today? It is appalling. Having paid you for breakdown insurance for the last 15 years, yet you are unable to attend a woman stuck in lane 1 of a dual carriageway for more than 2 hours. Not in the middle of nowhere.
