@AnyVan @wearebeam Paid £1200+ £650 last min cancellation for full 2-bed move w/ @AnyVan, hoped it’d help my medical issues (can’t lift). Disaster! Had to pack/lift most myself, in agony. They smashed son’s LEGO on floor, greasy mud ruined clean moquette, blocked doors w/ furniture + more damage!!!

@AnyVan worst ever service, no one there to talk to- driver not responding. Looks like after taking money your work is completed. We trusted you with our movement paid more than what we pay to locals & this kind of worst service. I was kept calling for 4 times and got successful

Not a great start to the day, furniture was due to be collected between 9&11 to go into storage but just had call from @AnyVan to say guy is having van troubles so they need to arrange a replacement. Needs to be removed today as work due to start in flat on Monday.

Never use @AnyVan for moving. Broken TV, lost rug, lost rowing seat - paid for additional cover. But because not noticed within 7 days - unable to make a claim. They haven't even contacted the storage to attempt to locate lost items. Avoid at all costs. Over 1k of damages.

@AnyVan DO NOT USE!!!! Easily took my money. Booked for this morning. Driver said couldn’t find house, no sign. VERY VERY CLEAR. Finally saw a random van stop outside so clearly can find it. I go to cab and driver/van stinks of weed!!!!! AnyVan refusing refund.
