It has never been clearer that we are now in the era of inference. New frontier models, like Kimi K3, hitting the headlines obscure that really important fact. Until recently, much of the industry’s infrastructure investment and attention was focused on training frontier models. As adoption expands, a growing share of compute demand is shifting toward inference. Serving these models at scale requires increasing amounts of compute. The thing with inference is that not every workload requires top-tier datacenter GPUs. Many smaller, distilled and quantized models, as well as latency-tolerant or parallelizable workloads, can run economically on consumer- and prosumer-grade hardware. One of Theta’s important and distinguishing value propositions is our global edge network of consumer- and prosumer-grade GPUs. These GPUs are not suited to large-scale frontier-model training. However, they can be well suited to the high-volume inference workloads generated by everyday use of these models. As demand for inference grows over the coming months & years, Theta is well positioned to take advantage of this industry change. Si eso hoy llega a pasar hoy, flagrante, hablo flagrante, ya no es cuestión de cambiar de canal o mirar a otro lado. El árbitro de hoy, tiene una papeleta pero muy importante. Errores cometemos todos, pero si una entrada cuesta $6500 y hay 28 cámaras siendo revisadas por el VAR, y en el partido más importante del fútbol del mundo, hoy podría haber un antes y un después. No vamos a ser solo los españoles, está casi el 80% del planeta pendiente. La FIFA la tiramos abajo. Si gana Argentina bien, por fútbol, fenomenal. El árbitro y el VAR hoy, o están ejemplares, o el lío va a ser bastante, pero bastante gordo. Argentina tiene que hacer un partido pulcro, igual que España, faltaría más, pero es que a España no hay que decirle eso, pero lo digo también. Ojo hoy que si pasa algo fuera de lo normal, con 28 cámaras, con tecnología, que no entre el VAR o que entre cuando no debiera. Yo y espero que quienes teneis más peso en redes, digamos hasta aquí!!! Insisto, si gana Argentina o España por fútbol, sensacional, pero como ocurran cosas extrañas, yo y todos deberíamos decir basta.

En un mundo justo, Inglaterra habría jugado la final de este Mundial y nos habría regalado un PARTIDAZO como el de hoy. Lamentablemente, la FIFA ya decidió a su ganador y tendremos que ver la asquerosa pantomima que tienen montada para mañana. La princesa de Infantino ha arruinado el fútbol. Triste.
