Capital One it is illegal for you to access my personal checking without my knowledge or permission. I gave you zero authority to steal 435.39 to pay someone else's Capital one bill.You stole my identity and access my checking .Any comments?

Over 100 million customers are at risk of our personal information being used by capital one to gain access to our checking account and pay other customer bills...i pray every customer sues them,the insurers and the Investers.I sure am .
