🎉The Honorable Minister of Health and Social Services in #Namibia, Dr. Kalumbi Shangula, officially launched its Social Contracting Policy today. The policy empowers the ministry to partner with civil society organizations in the delivery of health and #HIV services. It also enables the ministry to expand access to primary healthcare services at the community-level, especially to populations in remote and underserved locations. LHSS provided critical technical support for the development of this policy. #HealthSystems #UHC @MhssNamibia @USAIDGH
