@flaquaticfan Saw it, its mediocre at best. It will be forgotten in a month. Only reason it is praised so much is cause of the political charge of liking / hating it. So all liberal leaning people are praising it to no end.

My review of "The Odyssey" "A fantastic retelling of the classic journey we all know, with an absolutely loaded cast that I thoroughly enjoyed, but did not full love." Make no mistakes, this is a must watch movie that should be watched in theaters if possible. Rating: 8.5/10 Christopher Nolan is a masterful film maker and it showed throughout The Odyssey. I felt as if I myself was on the boat for some of the scenes, arms tired wondering what the hell it is we're even doing. When The Witch took off and put back on the men's "disguises", you wondered if the person next to you is going to suffer the same fate. So much of the movie looked and felt real, and that's absolutely what this film needed. The pacing did lag at times and the storyline got a bit confusing between the now and the then, but with a movie three hours long based on centuries' old work material, bits and pieces were bound to get cut making the overall story incomplete. When we reach the end of the journey, and Odysseus picks up the bow after finally meeting with his wife, Penelope, telling her all of what happened, everything we just watched fully becomes appreciated as we enter the final battle Odysseus must win. The revelation of who the sea people were was such a fantastic scene and I will not forget it anytime soon. We saw Odysseus' men lose faith in him, all before being slaughtered. We saw Odysseus face the wrongs he's done, but not lose his way completely. The culmination of slow story telling mixed with beautiful scenes and flashbacks, contrasted with this fast-paced, condensed and current fight ends this movie perfectly. I wasn't a huge fan of some of the dialogue choices. To me, it crossed the line into too modern which hindered my ability to suspend belief. So much of the movie was expertly shot and this did no favors to these beautiful scenes. Speaking of these scenes however, the one that stole the show was when they made it into Troy and Agamemnon stood there victorious before Troy even fell. He knew they won. I know some people wish he had a bigger part, and while I don't fully disagree, I do understand their choice with his character. One thing I really could have done without was one of the main actors - Tom Holland. Was he bad? No. Was he good? Also no. He was, for the most part, just there. Same with Zendaya, Charlize Theron and Lupita Nyong'o. I understand these three were not the main part of the film, but to have such star studded actors, their parts felt like an afterthought. You will not leave this movie upset. So much of the film was visually beautiful, many of the actors brought their characters to life. With one tragedy after enough, you even start to wonder how Odysseus didn't go mad. The storyline was great and the ending was even better. I have a few complaints but I will always recommend watching this movie to anyone and everyone.

@Crazyunfill94 The issue here is the treatment of someone with an assistance dog, not the fact that the staff member was Muslim. There’s nothing in the video that proves it was a religious objection. It could simply have been a misunderstanding about the legal rights of assistance dogs.

In a UK clinic, a woman with autism went for treatment with her service dog. But the Muslim female staff member there refused to treat her simply because she had a service dog. Under the UK Equality Act 2010, there is a full legal right to bring a service dog into a medical center.
