The worrying thing about this is that they appear to think they have the structure and personnel in place at board level to deliver the change that is needed. They clearly don’t, and there is no indication they are going to get the football expertise in that is needed.

Every Spurs fan told you precisely how the season would go from 1st Jan; sacking Frank too late, doing nothing in the window, injuries getting worse, the Feb fixtures putting us in trouble, a relegation battle. To keep those responsible for doing nothing about that is... criminal

If the club decide that after the season we’ve just had, that they’re sticking with Lange and Vinai, then that is just utterly unacceptable. They completely lucked out with De Zerbi otherwise we would have been relegated weeks ago. Heed the warning signs. We need change, NOW.

@AlasdairGold Two seasons of consecutive 17th place. They claim they identified people basically not fit for purpose but chose to burn through 3 managers and are now on their 4th in a year. What I want to know is who is going to take accountability for that and what ramifications they face.
