@kachowandaloha It genuinely could be about that. I've seen a lot of people complain how sugar free gum and drinks keep them bloating forever, maybe leave it for a week and see if that solves it!

Please if anyone knows how to solve long term bloating lmk! Is it diet drinks maybe? The Splenda in my coffee? I do drink a lot of coffee so it’s like 12-15 tsp of Splenda a day at least

@van1lley Low cal bagels!! Some yogurt, some flour and a pinch of salt you mix until you get a dough texture, and then you shape it like a bagel and brush with egg white to the oven until they brown!! So good too, overstimating 100 cals for each!
