@THLNTX can you possibly help here? I will help guide how to file a PIA and file complaints with the proper authorities to pursue possible criminal charges according to Texas Penal Code 42.092? HCP is showing systemic refusal to honor rescue tags and continue to euthanize healthy dogs that are tagged by rescue, with no recourse or accountability. Would love to help build a case for “Right to Rescue” legislation in Texas. @8415_n were these dogs flagged for “aggression”?

🚨LEGE UPDATE: Within the last 24 hours, the Texas Senate PASSED two important Transient Sales Bans that are on their way to the Governor’s desk! HB 2012 and HB 2731 will allow counties to put an end to the roadside and parking lot sale of live animals in certain Texas counties.
