18 days until my birthday. This year I set a few PR goals for myself: 245 deadlift 205 squat Current numbers: 225 deadlift 195 squat I’ve always wanted be strong. I spent years in a Security Forces squadron being scrawny, timid… afraid of my own shadow. When I got out of the military I decided I didn't want to be that version of myself anymore. With my birthday around the corner, it feels really good seeing the progress. (my hands are paying for my dreams 😆)

so idk how you typically determine stop size, but for me I will typically use the 1.5 ATR (of last 9 bars) on the 5min to adjust to volatility in real time. so if we are seeing increased ranges/vol, I will decrease lot sizing to adjust risk to vol in realtime, sizing down to compensate for a larger stop while keeping a consistent $ risk per trade.
