So sad to lose my best friend, Jesse Jackson. He brought a smile to everyone he met and was the best stage manager of all time, working Reds, Bengals, Bearcats, Musketeers, every sport, for more than 50 years. Such a kind, caring and gentle man. RIP my friend.
The legendary Bernie Stowe, who worked in the Reds clubhouse for 67 years, has been inducted into the inaugural MLB Clubhouse Managers Association’s Hall of Fame class.
A plaque was placed in the A. Bartlett Giamatti Library and Research Center at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown.
What a kick in the gut moment. 😢 This is so sad. 3 weeks from going to Cooperstown to be there himself. What a great teammate, friend, and one of the funniest guys I have ever been with. 🙏 for Kelly and the family. ❤️

Oh man, Dave Parker passed away!
If you were a kid in the 80’s your little league coach yelled at you to not catch balls like the Cobra did, or Eric Davis slapping his leg. Parker was amazing and was originally from Cincy.
Happy birthday (77) Dave Concepcion. The 9 time All Star had 2,326 hits and won 5 Gold Gloves. Dave was the 1982 All Star Game MVP. He won 2 World Series titles with the Reds (75,76). Here is a complete run of his Topps base cards.
What a journey it’s been!! It’s been a hard year personally but this moment right here is one of the most heartwarming feelings you can get as a parent .. I’m so dang proud for my kid! I got my 2nd college graduate!! 🙏🏿

The Talking Tigers Podcast with @aburcham04, presented by @ALPublicHealth, features former @AuburnBaseball and @MLB reliever Scott Sullivan. He'll be inducted into the @ASHOF this weekend with former @auburnmbb player and AUM Head Coach Larry Chapman. Tune in Monday morning.
In the fall of 2010, our college had a series against the Longhorns for a 3 game set. Our hitting coach at the time was Josh Holliday and his brother, Matt, brought his kid to our early practice. I remember watching his son @J_Holliday7 with a sweet lefty swing. Go get em’ kid!
@TimFlannery13 doing well. It has been a while. I remember the battles. Great to be your friend. I feel the same as you. You are a great one. Hope all is well with you and your family, too.
Happy RR birthday to @THume47 born today in 1953! I don't know how I'll celebrate today. Maybe I'll have some Hume jelly or play some Hume soccer or I'll do anything at all while wearing my Hume T-shirt. Maybe I'll just stare longingly at my collection of Tom Hume cards. #HumeDay
We are saddened to hear about the death of one of our Hall of Famers, Don Gullett. Inducted in 2002, he was a key component of the Reds' pitching staff in the 70's, helping lead the club to back to back World Championships. He later served as a pitching coach and, in total, was with the Reds for 24 seasons. His legacy and impact will live on forever in the Reds Hall of Fame.
The Cincinnati Reds offer condolences to the family and friends of Reds Hall of Fame pitcher Don Gullett, who died today at age 73.
Reds CEO Bob Castellini said, "Don dedicated 24 years to this franchise as a player, coach and minor league instructor. An anchor on the pitching staff of one of the greatest baseball teams in history, his contributions to our rich tradition, our city and his community will never be forgotten."
