This is the full filing of the lawsuit against the Toronto Star. The basis of the lawsuit is that the Star caused damages by NOT running a story of allegations that Justin Trudeau was watching CP on his personal devices. Even assuming the allegations are true (of which there is absolutely no evidence), I know of no piece of legislation or legal requirement for a news outlet to ACTIVELY publish anything. This looks like a politically-motivated diatribe, aimed at the liberal government and liberal-funded media. And in my humble view, it is getting very close to violating litigation privilege which would otherwise grant immunity to potentially defamatory statements made in a legal filing.

I've not tried Coke Zero yet. I keep hearing about it. I have it in the fridge. My kids rave about it. It's just that every artificial sweetener I've ever tried tastes like medicine mixed with ass.
