Dear constituents, Politics must always be about purpose, conviction, and the people we are elected to serve. My decision to align with the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) is not one made out of convenience or personal ambition, but from a clear belief that Nigeria needs stronger political alternatives, deeper internal democracy, and a platform that truly reflects the aspirations of ordinary citizens. Over time, it became increasingly important for me to identify with a movement that prioritises equity, justice, inclusiveness, and a clear developmental agenda for the people. My political journey has always been driven by service, accountability, and the desire to create real opportunities for my constituents and Nigerians at large. The NDC represents a growing platform for credible leadership, progressive ideas, and a renewed national vision. At a time when Nigerians are demanding better governance, economic stability, improved security, youth empowerment, and institutional reforms, it is necessary to be part of a structure that is intentional about these priorities. As discussed during my appearance on @tvcnewsng, the conversation around 2027 cannot simply be about political calculations or familiar alliances; it must be about building a nation where competence, fairness, and people-centred leadership are non-negotiable. My support for the NDC is also rooted in the belief that power rotation, inclusion, and respect for Nigeria’s diversity remain critical to national stability and unity. A political system that gives every region and demographic a sense of belonging strengthens our democracy and national cohesion. To my constituents and supporters, this decision does not change my commitment to you. If anything, it reinforces my resolve to continue advocating for policies, programmes, and opportunities that directly improve lives across Oshodi-Isolo Federal Constituency II and beyond. Political platforms may evolve, but my values remain constant: service, transparency, development, and representation that puts people first. The journey continues. HOJ
