doing some digging. it would seem that this $23,400 sale from a few years back is the highest public sale of a checklist for a standard sized sports card.

Not enough people truly remember just how dominant Reggie White was. In 1987, he became the first, and still only, Eagle to win Defensive Player of the Year. 21 sacks… in just 12 games. Let that sink in. He also forced 3 fumbles and even took one to the house. Arguably the greatest season in Eagles history.
