The day that IE died. Internet Explorer officially retired after 27 years. Anyone else nostalgic for Netscape Navigator? tinyurl.com/43whdjtx

@codeysharp @DJack_Journo @davidyelland Your numbers are wrong. Very wrong. Cite your sources please.
English

@DJack_Journo @davidyelland Yes, the EU has 8,411 tanks, that is greater than 6,000, no? The "EU has 5,000" was from an old source, I didn't delete that part by mistake, the EU has more troops, tanks, ships and aircraft than the US. The US, however, is part of NATO, so would be an ally.

@BeastyqtSC2 If ANC government cannot deliver stable electricity to the country after 26 years in power, they sure can't be expected to organise anything else. 😳
English

@BeastyqtSC2 Very sorry to hear your sad news Beasty. Condolences and best wishes from the UK.

@RamanKSDavies Sry not going to disclose it on public forum. Get way too many emails at moment. Send me yours and I will email it?

@TJowitt Hi Tom, I have a response comment from the founder of a leading digital marketing agency following Google's announcement to delay the removal of third-party cookies. Would you be interested in receiving this?
English

@Benmzondo @willljoness @DrCliffordWhit1 @afneil Oops yes you are right. Currently awaiting FDA approval
English

@Benmzondo @willljoness @DrCliffordWhit1 @afneil They are being over cautious in my opinion, which is leading to accusations it is a political manoeuvre to gain time to build up stockpiles and cover for the slow rollout. I think if the WHO says it is OK then that it good enough for me. Astra is still approved by US btw
English

@Benmzondo @willljoness @DrCliffordWhit1 @afneil America not using astra because they already have at least two other different types to use. SA not using it because it is not effective against SA variant. The WHO says it is mistake to stop using Astrazenica as it is safe

@crfonseca @MistaWet @zacbowden @jaymelbe Agree Microsoft was mostly to blame for the failure of Windows Phone. But lets be honest, Google had nothing to fear from WP back then. And Google was absolutely FURIOUS at Microsoft for its Android lawsuits and even publicly accused Redmond of extortion. silicon.co.uk/workspace/fumi…
English

@dbfssecret @zacbowden Err Satya was the one who killed Windows Phone. He was never a fan being a cloud man, and his lack of support when CEO is what doomed it. Ballmer made mistakes but he supported WP unlike Nadella
English

@zacbowden maybe if Satya came out with it, it would be marketed to be a huge deal...I just never had much confidence in Ballmer. Satya N. knows how to get things done RIGHT. I would consider the W phone over the my iPhone.
English

@MistaWet @zacbowden @jaymelbe Because Google had not forgiven Microsoft for its Android patent witch hunt. It forced Samsung and others to pay many millions...
English

@zacbowden @jaymelbe People conveniently forget MS did everything they could to get Google to allow their apps into the Windows Phone app store. MS even offered to pay for the development of the app and Google would not have it.
No Google. No Phone.

@TJowitt @gcluley @carolecadwalla From Nick himself, on the 19th of October, in the Guardian:
"Next week it will be my first day in a new job, after almost 20 years in public life..."
English

Nick Clegg's job cleaning up Facebook's image seems to be going even worse than everyone had imagined.
