Imagine if Hospitals had this blueprint: -Check vitamin & mineral depletion throughly for every patient -Vitamin & Mineral drips on hand to be formulated & integrated as needed -Checked heavy metals & integrated chelation therapy specialist as needed -Rooms intelligently lit with red light panels, color therapy, incandescence for evening & staff trained on what light biology is needed atm -Windows & Blinds that are programmed to proper circadian automatically adjusting & opening as needed -Hospital rooms built facing the Sun so circadian can be applied -Patient Sun decks & schedules specialized according to each persons circadian needs atm -Meals prepped with whole based local foods, properly trained nutrition teams that understand food coding, culture & healing properties -Water specifics, providing clean healthy water based on the persons alchemical needs atm such as local springs, deuterium depleted, mineralized, oxygenated, PH etc. -Frequency healing integration, staff versed on what hertz therapy should be applied to the patients needs, vibrations & pure tones that play through speakers & treated therapeutically through scheduled listening. -Brain wave monitoring to align the right patterns with therapy, healing, drug schedules, circadian, etc. -Plasma exchange, therapy & Aphersis integrated -Smaller blood draws & less painful methods -Oxygen chambers, hot saunas, cold plunges, steam rooms, Pemf therapy, Biochargers integrated -Herbalist that work with Drs & specialist -Lymphatic specialist & techniques applied to specific needs -Muscle stimulators in areas not being aided properly -Full body bioresonance diagnostics, bio testing all medicines, food & materials for every patients needs -Shockwave & electrical therapy -TCM, Aryuvedic & functional medicine & specialist that work with Drs. -Parasite testing & cleanses integrated -Opening detox & drainage pathways based on diagnostics -Integrating personalized stem cell therapy, senolytic, peptides, exosome, cellular & longevity techniques as needed -Mitochondrial specialist that monitor bio markers & help boost -Integration of essential oils, florals, adaptogens, herbs & bio hack techniques. -Circadian specialist that monitor, overlook & coordinate patient schedules I can go on & on & on… but the problem is, most would call this Blueprint “in a perfect world”… When in fact it is what the world needs to be & has the potential to do so right now!! Because we know too much. We have enough proof & science that these tools work… And it’s time that allopathic & functional medicine start sitting at the same tables. In a sick world like this, it should be high priority to start fine tuning health foundations.

@nickwalt He’s actually more likely to stay healthy this way. First move going down is more efficient force transfer and easier on tendinous junctions. Starting bent and loaded requires more muscular effort over time versus using the bodies natural elastic stretch shortening cycle. Elite.

#Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty is standing upright in the backfield pre-snap like Michael Myers, as he did at Boise State. Either Chip Kelly changed his mind on a bent-knee stance or Jeanty had a wish granted.

@foidbabyalien @GuruAnaerobic I’m all for people taking their health and fitness seriously. I was simply suggesting that both sexes lean into a gym centric lifestyle as a means of escapism from challenges reality presents. I have personally done that in the past as well. I appreciate your perspective

@TK_757 @GuruAnaerobic It keeps your heart healthy, your body physically desireable and your mind stress free. They’re literally no reason to be mad that women are enjoying the gym unless you’re jealous that it makes them more appealing

Gyms in London are full of women in their 20's and 30's who are never going to have children. Many spending inordinate time at the gym, and walking outside in gym wear, sipping water from a large container. Modern fitness culture is hiding something off. I've been sensing this for a few years. Very fit, but childless.

@WallStreetApes Genuinely asking. How do we as consumers start holding an ethical standard to these large corporations? Other than boycotting the service and driving in this example?

Delta Airlines to begin using artificial intelligence algorithms to scrape your emails and more to determine the maximum amount you’re willing to spend on tickets, then adjust your price Example: If you have a death in the family, they’ll know it’s urgent and the price will go up ‘Delta says it's "fully reengineering how we price" airfare - leaning into Al algorithms that set the maximum price you're willing to spend, based on surveillance technology. About 3% of Delta's domestic ticket prices are now determined by artificial intelligence - and Delta plans to raise that to 20% by the end of the year.’ - More Perfect Union “Delta Airlines just announced on their earnings call that they're going to start using some of these algorithms to price some of their tickets. And imagine a world in which you have a death in the family, you have to go home for a funeral. And they know that through scraping your email, that is, you know, announcing when the service is going to be. They know you're in a tight spot, and so you're going to be charged much more because of that. There's so much data collected about individual people by data brokers, by this whole shadowy ecosystem that's just tracking you through your phone, through your browsing history. — There is a serious worry that companies will be able to do this.” Imagine how many other businesses are going to start doing the same thing

I’ve switched from a more chicken heavy protein diet to a more beef heavy protein diet and it’s been pretty crazy. Way easier to control cravings, more energy to go to the gym, and really knocked my sugar tooth in half. Not sure if this is direct link but anyone else notice this?

Buddhist monks are doing a great job at bypassing the human experience. We’ve clearly been put here to experience the fullness of life as a human and these people decide to just spend the entirety of it sitting with their eyes closed trying to ‘transcend’ it. This sounds to me like nothing more than a pretty way to reframe escapism. I can't be the only one who thinks this is ridiculous.

my friend believes all body disorder originates in the psyche, so if anything is even slightly wrong with me he takes out a huge book, looks it up and asks “did [specific event] just happen to you?” and the answer is always yes. 10/10 the most annoying thing ive ever experienced.

The upcoming teacher shortage will be devastating. I can't talk any high school or college kid into considering it. Makes no sense to borrow $100K to get a college degree that qualifies you for a $45K job (and it's a hard job!). My idea... Two year college program, followed by a two year apprenticeship making $25 an hour. $35 if your are working at a school poorly supported by property taxes. The first year of the apprenticeship would be working in all areas of the school but would include being a teacher's aid. Coaching (paid) would be encouraged. The second year of the apprenticeship would be an extended student teaching experience... hands on, learning the craft. Again, paid extracurricular work encouraged. At the end of the four-year experience, the initial college the student attended would issue a degree on the recommendation of the apprenticeship school. It makes no sense to continue to pay high tuition as a student teacher. Student teachers deserve to be paid. Plumbers without a college degree average $35 an hour. Either we fix things now or we deal with long term consequences. Either we invest or we divest.
