@BgoniJustin this App could be more flexible. Why can I not view stocks when the market is closed. I do not view stocks because I want to buy or sell. You can learn lessons from how Easy Equities work. With AI at our disposal make this App more modern and more than just buying and selling stock. You could also benefit from surveying the users. I have a lot feedback to share about this and the ZSE App.

Despite the challenges, I remain actively investing in early-stage technology businesses. But I’m intentional about two things: 1. Co-investing with the right partners I prefer working with investors who: - Take a long-term view - Add strategic value beyond capital - Understand the realities of African markets - Are comfortable operating in the early-stage risk zone 2. Seeing disciplined, execution-focused founders The types of opportunities I’m most interested in: - MVP built and in-market - Early revenue or strong traction signals - Solving real, local or regional problems - Clear path to sustainability (not just scale) I’m particularly interested in businesses operating in: - Financial services / fintech - Enterprise solutions - Infrastructure-enabling technology - Scalable service platforms If you’re: - A founder building in this space - Or an investor looking to syndicate I’m open to conversations. The opportunity in Africa is real—but success will come from better alignment, better execution, and better partnerships. #AngelInvestor #AfricaTech #CoInvesting #Startups #VentureCap

@memorynguwi The data actually explains why this happens. Zimbabwe banks earn ~US$95/customer/year. 45% of that comes from fees, card charges, ATM withdrawals, and POS swipes. Only 20% of customers have loans. So the 80% who don't borrow? Fees are the only way the bank makes money from them. That's why the spread between lending rates (20%+) and deposit rates (<5%) is so wide banks aren't competing for deposits; they're monetizing transactions instead. Compare: Standard Bank SA earns $352/customer. Fees are only 18% of income because 60%+ of customers borrow. More lending = less pressure to charge fees on everything. Until ZW banks grow their lending book beyond the current 20% borrower base, fees will stay high and deposit rates will stay low. The incentive to fix it doesn't exist yet.@DeepDiveDataZW

Since the donation started, why has no allotment been directed to entrepreneurs? It's all religion and entertainment. A solid economy be built when funds are channeled to sport and recreation.

@lloyd_mtet61755 @Wachewee Yes but l think the medicinal chemist is the starter in this relay. Due to capital constraints and supporting structures the race is not starting at all.

@Wachewee Yes, industrial pharmacists manufacture those drugs, retail/ community pharmacists and hospital pharmacists dispense. In a nutshell pharmacists run the whole drug supply chain. They are drug experts.

@drruwende Most Institutions don't have the stamina (capital) for a full Drug development life cycle, we have so many usefull herbs for leads but what you are saying is more than just finding a lead Compound.

I think if Zumbani was in western world, someone would made a killing during Covid. But even upto today we still use it same way it was used 100 years ago by our forefathers, no "take this Zumbani twice a day for flu" in pharmacies. We import 90% of our medicines but Zumbani for example we have it, mumvee we have it, those who came before us gave us pointers, but we never improved their findings. Whats wrong with us? Could it be our education system?

1. There’s no power cut whatsoever! Public transport is so reliable and timed you can literally plan . 2. There’s absolutely no bank charges , not for tapping , not for transferring money , no monthly charges on an ordinary account even . 3. People actually see the road signs and follow them , people give each other way when driving. 4. If you dial 999 , the next minute you’re connected to whoever you want — Ambulance, fire or police. 24/7 5. People do give away stuff they no longer need for free sometimes. 6. There is a functional social service to support the vulnerable in communities. The list is long but this stood out for me ..

Investing in Gold Junior Miners: The Case of Kavango Resources With gold prices at record highs, a new opportunity is now available to invest in gold on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX) through Kavango Resources. However, this isn't a typical mining company—it's a "junior miner" which is more like a "mining startup". How do you evaluate a gold investment that operates more like a startup than an established business? Let's Unpack!
