I think nuclear proliferation is bad but Saudi Arabia has shown they can handle the responsibility. a nation with zero institutions and a bunch of cousins who arrest each other is probably more ready for ICBMs, tac nukes, h bombs, and everything else than any normal country

@pitdesi Better rule: VC should fully fund Series A Business plan assuming zero revenue. Any revenue can be used by company to improve quality of life for founders and employees through raises/bonuses/perks as they see fit. Aligns incentives.

Good rule: SaaS founders are allowed to sell secondary at Series B, but only as much as their ARR.
